Farmers were consulted in Kakheti

The meetings were held with farmers of Sagarejo, Gurjaani, Lagodekhi, Kvareli, Akhmeta and Telavi municipalities in Kakheti region within the project "Mobile Extension". The representatives of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture and Informational-Consultation Centers have consulted the farmers on the place.

The specialists have provided information about the modern technologies and care-cultivation for diseases of the vine, vegetable and cereal cultures, as well as the maintenance of bee-keeping and beehive of bee families.

The joint project "Mobile Extension" of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture and the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture, which promotes the level of consciousness of farmers, has been implemented since 2016. During this period more than 20 thousand farmers have been consulted throughout Georgia.
