Farmers were consulted in Shida Kartli

Farmers were consulted in Shida Kartli within the framework of joint project "Mobile Extension" of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia and the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture. The project "Mobile Extension" means supporting farmers in the regions, informing them, introduction of the field news and consultation on the place as well.

The maintenance and storage of the modern apple gardens and other perennial crops in the open and closed ground of agro-technology, vegetable crops, biodiversity conservation and breeding improvements, plant protection and pest control and cultivation of cereal crops were the topics, on which our specialists consulted farmers in Gori, Khashuri and Kareli municipalities.

The meetings with farmers will be held on March 12-15 in Kakheti region, Akhmeta, Telavi, Lagodekhi and Kvareli municipalities.
