LEPL Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture signs a memorandum of cooperation with Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life sciences

The memorandum envisages the expansion of cooperation in the fields of scientific research and agrarian education; Exchange visits of professors, scientists and students and advanced training courses, conducting joint research, sharing information and publications, as well as organizing joint conferences, seminars, trainings and exchanging genetic resources for scientific purposes are planned.

The memorandum signed between the Scientific - Research Center and the Hungarian Scientific Institution will promote cooperation between the two countries in the field of agriculture and, at the same time, increase the opportunities for joint research projects," said the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Nino Tandilashvili.

The memorandum of cooperation with the Hungarian side was signed on the research and experimental base of Jigaura perennial crops. The guests viewed the collections of vines and fruits grown at the base and got acquainted with the activities of the Scientific-Research Center.
