Seminar was given to students at the National Wine Laboratory named after Irma Chanturia

Tinatin Jajanidze, director of the National Wine Laboratory named after Irma Chanturia of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture, conducted a seminar with the students of the Bachelor program "Viticulture and Enology" of the Technical University of Georgia on the topics: enochemistry and wine diseases.

Tinatin Jajanidze introduced the students to the importance of the wine laboratory, its work principles and basic services. she also spoke about the laboratory researches in winemaking and the peculiarities of their planning and implementation. At the end of the seminar, students went through the theoretical and practical part of the basics of tasting.

It should be noted that a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Technical University of Georgia and the National Laboratory named after Irma Chanturia, within the framework of which students of the university's bachelor's and master's programs have the opportunity to undergo an internship, complete the research components of bachelor's and master's theses and participate in wine tastings.
