An employee of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture took part in an international scientific conference in Spain

At the international scientific conference "Innovative cloning of woody plants" held in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, the head of the virology laboratory of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture held a presentation on "Viral and Phytoplasmic Diseases of Plants in Georgia". He introduced the scientists of 22 countries of Europe and Central Asia to the research results of viral, bacterial and phytoplasmal diseases of grapevines, fruit crops and nuts in Georgia and the issues of developing integrated systems to combat them.

The conference was sponsored by the Association for European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST), whose goal is to promote the ideas of researchers and innovators in the field of science and technology.
