In the Czech Republic, a seminar on precision agriculture was held

The seminar was attended by the head of the Research Division of the microclonal propagation of plants and virus-free planting material of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture.

The thematic seminar was organized by the Czech government, the Faculty of Life Sciences in Prague and the Regional Office of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO).

The aim of the seminar was to share the positive experience of small and large farms of various Asian and European countries in sustainable and precise agriculture. Special attention was paid to new technologies in the field of agricultural machinery, monitoring of crop production through satellite sensing, the potential of using field robots and practical examples of remote sensing. Within the framework of the workshop, the participants visited the precision agriculture farms and the engineering laboratory and took part in the testing of the medicinal drone.
