The Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture is deepening its scientific cooperation with Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University

The Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture signed a memorandum of Understanding with Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. The memorandum envisages deepening cooperation in scientific research, organizing joint conferences, seminars and trainings, as well as internships for students at the center's experimental and demonstration and laboratory bases.

As Levan Ujmajuridze, Director of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture, noted, one of the priority issues for the research center is cooperation with state and private institutions in the regions, including agricultural universities.

"The aforementioned memorandum allows us to implement joint scientific projects, research and conferences, as well as to facilitate students of all three levels of the university's educational programs to improve their professional skills in the center's experimental and demonstration bases and laboratories, which will contribute to the formation of more young qualified personnel in the region."

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Levan Ujmajuridze, Director of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture, and Merab Khalvashi, Acting Rector of BSU.
