International Culinary Festival

The representatives of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture’s division, wine-making and post-harvest storing and processing of agricultural products, together with companies operating in Georgia participated in ,,International Culinary Festival’’ in Azerbaijan. 25 countries took part in the festival, which presented their own stand. LEPL Scientific-Research center of Agriculture was presented with new technologies of jam and dry fruit.

The presented production was evaluated by international jury included 15 persons. The main prize – Golden Grand Prix took the cherry jam made by the employees of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture. The jury’s approval was also appreciated by blueberry and walnut jams produced by the wine-making and post-harvest storing and processing of agricultural products’ division.

’’ International Culinary Festival’’ was held in the city of Azerbaijan – Gabala, with support of Azerbaijan Association for 3 days.
