Local varieties of vine were introduced to farmers in Racha

The meeting was held with the farmers on the traditions and development perspectives of the Racha-Lechkhumi wine industry in Tsageri. At the meeting, David Chichua, Head of Wine and Viticulture Research Division of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture, introduced the old varietis of wine and their entrepreneurial potential to old winemakers. The farmers received comprehensive information on the issues they were interested in.

The Meeting with local winemakers was held with the support of Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti Regional Division and Information-Consultation Center of Tsageri.
