Today, the country needs professional young people who are ready to take responsibility and lead. Science is not just numbers or research — it is experience and heritage that we must continue and strengthen. Such initiatives, which combine education, science and youth, create a strong foundation for innovative and responsible leaders. The agricultural sector in Georgia, like other sectors, is waiting for the leaders of the future,” noted Levan Ujmajuridze.
The program aims to develop leadership skills, gain international experience and create new opportunities among Georgian youth. The program brings together a wide network of Georgian and foreign experts, international partners and development platforms. The program has already graduated about 100 students.
