Mobile agriculture extension services in Kvemo Kartli region

Specialists of the SRCA gave information to the farmers of the Kvemo kartli 31 villages against dangerous diseases methods, damage forms and symptoms, chemical and biological control, timely implementation of phytosanitary measures and selection process of pesticides as well. During the meeting, farmers got useful information about cattle-breeding, veterinary, apiary arrangement and its standardization, bee’s diseases and treatment measurements.

The specialists of the SRCA will visit 22 villages of Kakheti region and give farmers consultation in different fields within the mobile extension.

The Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture implements inform and training of farmers. More than 1200 farmers were trained nationally in 2016.
