Farmers visited the bases of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture

Participants of the project ’’Cultivation of Greenhouse Vegetables’’ visited the demonstration bases of Jigaura and Tsilkani of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture.

Within the scope of the event, farmers, students and stakeholders received information from the competent people about the maintenance of vineyard, storage of seedlings, grafting technologies da cultivation of fruit gardens. In case of interest, the representatives of the Scientific-Research Center of Agriculture will consult the farmers on various issues.

It should be noted that within the framework of the project ’’Cultivation of Greenhouse Vegetables’’ farmers passed a two-week training course in Rustavi and Marneuli. Approximately 500 farmers were trained during this period.
